Track Time Conversion

What is the length of track that all of the sub 3s are recorded on? Is it 35ft, 42ft, 49ft or 55ft. Just trying to gage where I need to be to be competetive. Is there a standard? Thanks

42' best track. Timer set in the furthest set of holes, start pins all the way to the top of the slots and hill angle set to 27.1 degrees

Thanks, I recently ran on a Best track...not sure how long. It had (6) 7ft lengths after the curve so I'm guessing around 52+. Times (3) were around 3.589 on that track so maybe it's better on a 42ft track. How can you convert the time?

The problem is there is a huge unknown...the angle of the start hill. Without knowing if they had their's setup to 27.1 degrees, it would just be a guess (and not even a good guess). Just a little variance results is drastically different times.
What you really need to do is send your car in and see how it does. That gives you your baseline against the league cars.
