Track Times Maxed Out

Is it possible for a track to have maxed out times based car the same car traits being the same from year to year.

I don't know if I understand what you are saying derbydog.... there is always a faster car.

Year after year the fastest track time is 2.265 to 2.286. Is it possible that no matter what is done to the car within the rules for a track to produce a time of 2.0 or below? The physics of the start, slope and flat run will not allow it?

It's possible to get faster but it will probably be in much smaller increments. To go from 2.2xx to sub 2 is a huge step. The shorter the time the smaller the increments will be.
