Trial run results. Can I get more speed?

Right front, but remember, I can’t bend axels and have to have 4 wheels touching. It works because my axel was a bit “bent” out of the box
From my understanding on a 4 wheel touch car you should be setting your steer first using that front wheel and steering that wheel into the rail and then adjusting the left side wheel so its just touching but not or minimally interfering with the steer. Yours looks way out of toe, maybe it's not affecting the steering, but with that wheel basically being a pocket on the inside, it can't be good for aerodynamics. If you check the premium section, there is an entire video on setting up a 4 wheel touch car, it would be well worth it if you haven't accessed that yet as you've found its not the easiest thing to explain, let alone all of the other info contained there, especially if you will be building anymore cars with that pack.

I am not a pro, so take that into consideration as you read this.

These photos do a much better job of showing the wheels and their relationship to the body. From these photos, your alignment looks decent. I agree that in the PREVIOUS photo from the bottom of the car it appeared that you had significant toe in. Based on these, it looks decent.

If you are still looking for speed, try cleaning the wheels. Use a fingernail buffer. Use only the top 2-3 (fine to ultra fine) levels. Make sure as you do this that you hold the file below the axle. That way it greatly reduces the chance of contaminants dropping onto the axle or getting into the bore. There is a video on you tube where Joel shows how this is done. It would be worthwhile to see the video and to clean your wheels. Looking at your wheels, it would probably be worth about a hundredth.

I did sand them to 2000. There is some graphite residue on them right now

Wow, that looks completely different. I also did a quick read thru of your other post. It looks like your alignment is good. DerbyDad mentioned the wheel gap change, you should follow any advice he gives you if you have not already. Besides what is mentioned above, you may be approaching the best time possible for the rule, car design, and parts limitations.
