Ok guys I have three videos but they are not the best quality. My son has a bright orange car and I am trying to tune the wiggles out of it. They are hard to see but they are there. the car has about 5/8 COM maybe just slightly less but not 1/2. I have some good steer in it and have found that starting the car with no front wheels touching the rail works for the best times. I expect that if I can eliminate the wiggles that we can pick up a little more. How do I go about doing this?

I have a very basic tuning board. the steer appears to be 10.5 inches over a 38 inch distance. i will upload some pictures and video I just made.

If it wiggles with that much steer, your rear end is not drilled correctly. Or your front drive wheel is not on enough of an angle. That would be my guess. All your wheels look flat on the table from the pictures. They should all be on slight angles. The backs should look like this / and the drive wheel should tilt the opposite way of the rear on the same side.

My other boy has a car just the same but with a slightly different com and steer. it does not wiggle like this one does. Also I did notice if you look at the pictures the right rear wheel is not riding on the inside edge it is for some reason not at the same degree of angle as the left rear. I am not sure what to do about that, this can bee seen by looking at the graphite tracks on the wheel.

Rocket when you say not enough angle are you speaking of the bend in the axle or how much toe in? If I add much more toe in with out bending the axle I will be running flat on the wheel and not on the edge.

Your front wheel should be riding on the outside edge. If only 1 of the back wheels is on the inside edge, that is your problem more than likely. I've never had a car with that much steer. Usually not more than 6" in 4'. I have had some with as little as 1/2" in 4'.
