Unlimited Steer Adjustment

I have built an Unlimited car for a scout father's race. How do you adjust the steer on the car? I gave the front axle a slight bend and put it in the body but there is no screw driver slot or anything to allow me to turn the axle. Do I use a small needle nose pliers or is there a special tool available to do this?

If you leave the base of the axle out of the body slightly its pretty easy to grab and turn with some needle nose pliers. Don't grab the needle part with the pliers.

Go to fly fishing shop and get a set of fly teing pliers. They are very narrow needle nosed.
