BR- you're the MAN! Now that you've nailed the start we gotta nail the finish (< 2.95!!). I bet you polished the corner edge where the DFW leaves the guide strip.

Yeah, I've been struggling with the finish for a long time. And I'm running out of excuses as to why I'm a second pager in most classes. Lol
I did polish the guide edge up to 600 grit and I attached them with the E6000 adhesive last night. That stuff worked good. I put a drop every 3-4 inches and taped the guides to the glass in three spots. They're pulled down tight this morning.
Do you have a construction material recycler in your area? (Like Habitat for Humanity's Restore?) Might be able to score a window, storm door glass, or a shower stall glass there?
call a guy who advertises on craigs list that does window replacements. They remove old windows every day, most get thrown away. I built mine out of a dual pane window that I removed the frame on and it works very well. it was free.
I gave 20x84 in to a large glass shop and asked to call me if they ever came up with a reject where my specs would work
within a week I get a call back
19 x 84 x 1/4 for 20 bucks
