I've quickly learned that Ok, decent, good, and very good, doesn't cut it when it comes to wheel and axle prep. Anything less than excellent is literally a waste of time .
Just food for thought to remember that what you may think is excellent wheel bore and axle prep may not be excellent. I keep a set of wheels that were prepped by a top racer just so I can see what excellent wheel prep actually is. It takes time and attention to detail to get excellent preps on your wheel bores and even after 2-1/2 years of doing this I still struggle.
