I Read That Everyone Is Using Tungsten Cubes, Are You Hollowing Out Underside And Glueing TheM In?Is This So You Can Get The Weight Out When You Move OnToo A New Car/Design?

Im not sure if I understand all of what you're asking. Yes you route or hollow out the underside making weight pockets for the tungsten cubes to sit in. Some people glue them, other use aluminum tape so they can easily take the cubes out and reuse them. Gluing them in is more of a pain to get out.

Yes, the good aluminum foil tape like for duct work. You can use the good double sided carpet tape between the wood and weight if you want to.

Some people glue the weights in to stiffen the body on a thin car. Some people glue in part of the ballast and leave some loose for tuning. But the tape alone will hold it in.
