well, its in the books.and the times were FANTASTIC!!!!!
most of the average times were on par with last years top of the field cars.
even the new guys were faster than last years crop.
lots of CLOSE running and a UNBELIEVABLE unlimited record of 2.886 set by the mighty Kinser ( also known by 18 other names)

What a barn burner.. I missed the race tonight due to my sons B-day. It looks to be a competitive season up ahead. congrats to Kinser proving why he's MOTH. You better not let up Kinser they are nipping at your heels.

it was a great night, by my count i got 82 cars. not bad for the season opener.

Dude I can't believe it, I ran times in unlimited that would have destroyed everyone last year. you guys are going to have to hit a peak so I can catch up. Kinser is awesome. I thought I was going to kick some butt in unlimited this month and finished 15th. Thats ok keep the punckes comming boyz I'll have somthing for ya next month. What about my team mate DNA, 2.98's in street stock, man I'm proud of him, not only that but wait until next month when Reso gets back on track with his cars in all four classes, X team will be comming to the front so watch out.

Had a blast, last night was awesome. I stayed tuned in from first race till last. Thank you to John and Dennis for a great night of racing. And to John many, many THANKS. Ran my first Bearing car and was pleased with results. You guys are a awesome and the best in the Business. Cant wait Till next month, I'm looking to take Kinser, K18 or what ever you guys call him DOWN.

Awesome job last night men!! Officer K18 handed out "I just whooped yalls a$$" tickets to most of us. If he wasn't such a humble guy I wouldn't aggrevate him like that. Nice job QT, fastest man on the planet..DNA, WOW..you BLEW UP son!!!! NIce job!!! All you new guys, very well done!! Thanks Daddio and those who helpled put on a tremendous show.. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Daddio, I was so pleased to see you racin again, it almost made me break out my Rocky soundtrack to be prepared for the Nat's and the Finals, I can't wait!!!! H-Town better get ready for the invasion of DG143...It's do or die time for me..tuneboard this, pnuemonia that, it is time to PROVE I can run with the best..Produce or shut up, that's what I have to do. What an awesome kick off!

I'm extremely impressed with everyone who put a car on the track. 2012 is going to be a great racing season for all of us. The standards have been set and goals can be set. Sub 3.0 is still a tough mark in Street Stock. I for one found that out last night

. All the division have picked up the pace and it is going to be a faced paced season. Anyway you guys are all great and I'm excited to be apart of the NPWDRL family.

A special thanks to John for having the vision to make NPWDRL a reality.

Also I would like to give DNA and Slope a special thanks for joining the NPWDRL circuit. Multiple venues is going to be a fresh and interesting dynamic during the 2012 season. The kick off was great lets keep it going!

Also somebody needs to heist the K18 lucky shirt so we can slow him down
