Hey fellers, I touched on building a short test track the other day and Jim B linked me to this http://www.waynesthisandthat.com/pinewoodderbytrack.
After a few years of inactivity due to health issues my garage/work space looked like a Sanford and Son Weekend Retreat. I've since cleaned it out and reorganized. It's 20' long with a 10 foot concrete approach apron. By simply repositioning some portable storage shelves I can use it's entire length and with a little shovel work and a couple bags of Quick Crete I can accommodate a 32 footer but the extra 12 feet extending outside must go up then back down after each test session. Any of you ever built one of these or know someone that has and were the results positive ?
How could I not want to help my sweetie pie Granddaughter run as fast as possible ? A pic of me and her on our way to her 3rd grade 50's Day and car show at her school. Her in her poodle skirt, me and my Do It For Dale Tribute car. She's now 11 and still quiet the DIFD fan because The Man was PaPa's Man. Thanks for any input guys. Trying hard while I still can.......RRR
