Wheel bore polishing ???

Sorry for this one, I did search the forum a bit and couldn't find the answer.

What are the steps to do a wheel bore polish job using DD4H products (for graphite if it matters, I know about burnishing in the graphite after the second polish using a "Q-tip" shaft /images/boards/smilies/wink.gif

But...

I can see from the bottles they are marked #1 and #2 and I have the fat pipe cleaners but how much polish do I apply and how long do I polish it for (using a drill)? I don't want to destroy a 40.00 set of wheels so I figure I am better to ask first.

4-5 seconds on the first going slow with a drill. Just get good coverage on the second by hand.
