Sorry to bump an old thread but...I'd like to thank DD4H and everyone on the forum for their advice and info. My son and I built a rail rider ladder car this year and he easily won his den and pack grand championship. We used DD4H black ice wheel polish and graphite. It was the fastest car I've ever seen! He averaged 2.888 second for 6 runs on a 42' aluminum Besttrack. He can't wait for districts. Thanks guys!
Quick question on the Axle prep. After sanding the axles from 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, and 3000 then using the next level polish. Do you then prep with pledge or was Next Level the finial step? For a Graphite Car....
