Wheel testing

What kinda lathe setup do you use to do them that quickly? Not that I have the skill, but curious to see a pic of the setup.

To be honest the only people I would help by giving out information on how to make wheels would be the ones I don't want to help.... The rest would appreciate the information, but never use it....
