Wheelbase for 42 foot bestrack - my parameters

Getting mixed opinions on this and wanted to ask the pros..here are some details..

• Scout race times expected are in the very low 3s prob high 2.90s
• 42' besttrack
• Rage wheels no double step removed
• 93tx axles, keep fluting appx 1.16"
• Access to test track no timer but have a fairly fast pace car that won districts.
• Likely routered body ..no vinyl but might consider.
• Prob gee fenders(dont know if full body or front just yet)

Heard 4.75" is the fastest and pros are favoring this these days but like the idea of less steer. Others say 5 or 5.5. So im torn at the moment. Thank you.
