Where to buy tungsten?

i am currently building my first very thin car and need tungsten weight. Perferably around 2oz rectangle. Where is the best place to acquire this? I always use lead due to having so much of it because I reload and mold bullets for shooting sports. Your help is greatly appreciated

TxChemist has different bars for sale. There are 2 oz bars( 55-57 gram) made from 95% tungsten, 2.1 oz (59-60 gram) bars made from 99.95% tungsten, and experimental bars at 64 grams. 65 grams and 66 grams available for behind the axle, and some 1x6 cube and 1x2 cube pure bars for in front of the axle. Many cars holding track records run the 64 gram bar. Not recommended for new builders though- stick with the lower cost cubes and 2 oz bars.

You dont need all that weight..my cars run 12 cubs behind the rear axle

Yes, we have found our fastest cars are with 12 cubes (2 oz) behind the rear axle. Tre is the MAN OF THE MOUNTAIN! Great job homeboy!!!
