Minimum Thread Width 7.5mm
No removing of any material to reduce weight
Lettering must remain on the inside and outside of the wheels

I don't think you can cut the wheel down to 1.170" without avoiding weight removal. The BASX or Rage should fill the requirement. The other wheels would be way too light of I read things correctly.

The rule looks contradictory. Minimum diameter but do not remove any weight.

Order the Rage and put a note for DD4H to cut to 1.170 OD..... You would do the same for the Cubby Class just write a note saying 1.180 OD. You will be slow with the BASX's in those classes.
