Why are there no PMs in my sent folder?

It is very hard to keep track of what is written this way.

Is everyone's PMs like this? Sometimes I will send a PM and I wonder if it made it to it's destination. When I go to see if I had sent it out there are 0 in my sent folder so I can't scroll thru to look for it.
