Scout race.
I don’t have a track to tune on so I didn’t realize a rear wiggle existed at the end of the all 3 runs. He still won his pack championship but now I need to reduce the wiggle before districts.
this is a graphite 4 wheel rail rider. All 4 wheels where canted by dd4h. The car has 6” of steer over 4’ and the rear was balanced with 16 grams on the dfw. The cog was at 1/2”. Pack was on a 42’ best track and districts are on a 35’ best track. There is room to reduce wheel gaps and I could move the cog forward to 3/4”.
Ideas to reduce wiggle?

Lol dont rip a dd4h weight pack apart unless you are shelving that car
Weight pack? The block was drilled and weight pockets cut by dd4h. Somehow the car had 10” of steer when I put the wheels on. This car can go faster than 3.1761 (42’ unkempt best track)
My son and I fully build the car last year with a best time of 3.1696.

If you bought a car that was race ready tuned to 10 inches then you dial it back to 6 inches of course it will wiggle....it needs what it needs to run.....ALL cars are different

Not sure where to tell you to find those extra .0065 on an unkept track.....maybe tear it down completely and reprep the axles, wheels, gaps, rear tune, front steer, and aero profile. It could have dust in it from being shelved for the year.

So, yes the wiggle was the last section. Question about the tune though. So i just got a block. I added the weight, axles and wheels. The drill was canted for all 4 tires. 4 wheel railrider. This is the cae With 10” of steer. Dd4h didn’t tune the car unless the cant and toe were pre set before weight was added.
