Unable to rerun my car before the race Saturday and stressed to the max about my car being stable...running on an aluminum track, rail riding on 3 wheels rear wheels flat....COG .73 just added a 1.8oz sweet spot 2 to the rear so.......any wisdom to ease my mind? Should I even be concerned with it being unstable? I have 23g on the front axles. ...BSA 2.4G wheels and DD4H gee fenders. My OCD is on overload!

How much drift are you planning to run, how much bend in the DFW axle, and how does it sound on a slow roll over a hard surface?

You're going to be okay. It is what it is at this point right? You've got the bug bad if you're that worried. You need to come race with us! OCD fits this hobby really well. /images/boards/smilies/thumb.gif

0.73 COG? Sounds fine to me. Just tune it and you'll be just fine. I was worried about my COG too and I'm at 0.60. Car ran great, just needed a little more steer.

I think you're worried about nothing. I believe that all here have gone through some sort of worries at various levels. Relax. It will be OK.

Don't worry, Be happy. Looks like your car is set up well. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, think speed, exhale slowly. Now go to bed.

Saturday will be our fourth race in 2 and a half weeks, I'm still alive and not completely bald - yet.

Good Luck Saturday, all is well.

I think it was 3 degrees and 4" over 4'. I keep cars and all info at work....I've got the bug and the wife calls it obsessed! Lol I wanna send this car in to race...After I rework it a little after my son's races! The rear wheels aren't canted but at this point at 4 days away from race I don't wanna risk disaster! It ran a fast pass of 2.993 as the wheels are....BEFORE I reworked everything except the wheels. Made drastic changes to weight distribution. Got the bug in a bad way....need detox! Lol
