Zeebzob Speed Shop December race

Well, after a few months off we are having another Unlimited race at Zeebzobs Speed Shop this Saturday, Dec 7th. I am really looking forward to hanging out with all the guys and also looking forward to seeing if I can still hang with them in the bearing class. I decided to give out a custom CNC machined trophy + stand every time we have 1 of these Unlimited races. The trophy turned out cooler than I ever imagined and will be something we will all want to take home with us. Here is a pic of the trophy that we will give out Saturday.

Well, the race is in the books. 8 cars, 2 runs in each lane. It came down to the last race and ol' Goat Boy came from behind to tie Quadad, forcing a 3 race run off. Not only can Ian still hang, he got his mojo back and showed us how its done. Zeeb ended up 3rd and 4th, but provided some entertainment with a brand new build that....lets just say did NOT work out so well! Lol I think I get credit for trying something new, Some day i will come up with something that does work.
And BTW, Ian left that awesome plaque here, he said it looked good on my mantle and this way I am sure he'll be back next month to claim it.

I'll be there by midnight, maybe...I wish I was there to see the race go down this month. Next month GAME ON !!!!

P.s. if Ian doesn't want the trophy,I will gladly take it off your hands!!!!

I have a new setup for Mach II. That will give me your trophy for sure.

It was a fun race to watch. Congrats to Ian for the win.

It still amazes is me on just how close these Unlimited cars run. To have a tie out to 4 decimal places over a 4 run average is unbelievable.
