Are the NPWDRL races ran as a points series? I'm hooked I would like to give it a shot and see what I could build. What would y'all recommend on getting started as in which class to start in? And thanks in advance for any info..

Kinser.. yes I was around... I usually sent cars in named after characters in Tarantino movies...Mr. White, Mr. Pink, and so on
I remember some early post of yours...5 kids too... and W before he had his website
I've been out for a couple years but now my youngest son is in scouts so I'm gearing back up... still like keeping up with whats going on though

Totally remember those cars. The old graphite days were a blast. Here are a few racers that will bring back some memories:

Fatboy
Burpin Chunks
Acme
W Racing

There were more. Sling did you use to do the grindhouse cars as well?

Joker
Emerson Fast Cars
Leo234
Ninjaneering
Da Pine
Cecil B Deluxe
A Line Performance
Derby Dezign

These are the names that bring back memories for me.

Ah yes I remember them all! I remember when Cecil B Deluxe was killing it with his Magic Sauce X....LOL. Shortly after that LA Sound cracked the code with his oil process. There were some serious races with CBD, Carolina and LA Sound. Bones was always in the mix as well as JB. Around that time Acme had the 2 wheel car wreck, that was an awesome night to be on the live feed....LOL.

Ohhhh man that 2-wheel wreck was AWESOME,,,,, !!!!! I wonder ifte video is still floating around somewhere! Incredible it didn't take out a spectator much less another car!

Not sure if this will help or not, but we also use a 35' Best Track. My sons car today was averaging a 2.2 sec and 216 mph on it.
