By any chance is there anyone within a 100 miles of Dublin, CA that has an aluminum track that I could run a few test runs on?

Thanks

Not sure where Dublin, CA is but you could take a look at the NPWDRL Member Locator map. You can click this link or go to the left side column and click the picture or the click one below.

Thanks Gravity X

That helps me a lot. There seems to be two people within an hours drive from me. However, I can't figure out how to pull up contact info. All I can get is a street and city from Google map. I guess I'll try to contact them from the members list.

By the way, Dublin Ca is an hour east of San Francisco.

Glad I could be of assistance.

Contact information provided was by the members themselves and it was up to them to put as much or as little information as they chose.

Like you mentioned, it may be best to contact them through a PM.

Hope you find someone in your area with a track.

BTW, don't forget to add yourself to the growing list of members by adding yourself to the map.

Just follow this thread: http://www.pinewoodderbyonline.com/post/npwdrl-member-locator-6396269 for some quick instructions.

I am near you but do not have a test track. For testing I use the treadmill

Actually for testing I do 6 foot runs over and over on my tuning board. I am not sure it helps but it is how I pretend to know what I am doing.

Pendle!!

The poor guy is gonna believe you.

Everyone knows the best way to tune is to jack up your automobile with a brick on the accelerator.

Then just put a "Derby Harness" on the wood section of your PWD car and toss it on the spinning tire.
