The ranking formula takes into account of how you did during the month and factors that with how you have performed over the year. The yearly performance will keep you in the rankings but the monthly performance moves you to the top!!!!

You got to look at last month's rankings. Some real advancement this month.
Chips, White Mountain, CamCar, etc. Many more. And look at the Rookies.

Does this include racers from other leagues or only npwdrl?
