axle holes

I was just looking at the sugar pine blocks DD4H sells and seen that there is an option for 3 axle holes canted. When running a rail rider do most of the pros run the dfw axle hole canted or just the bent axle

He actually cants the NDFW those drills to raise that wheel. This raises the wheel in addition to the bend in the DFW
 
I actually like to drill the DFW with positive cant, since it lets me bend the axle less, and thus give me a less headaches when setting drift.
