What would you suggest as my final polishing step? I have 2000 grit paper, 0000 steel wool

Will finish with pledge.

The kids use 600, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 5000, 12,000 then buffing compound, 1st polish and then the Next Level Polish.
I would highly suggest just purchasing these two:
