Finally have some more axle benders for sale. I have to say, these are the sweetest looking PWD tools out! (Not biased at all) /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif Really though, not only does this thing work on any axle you can throw at it but it just looks great sitting in your work area. The main body is 6061 aluminum and the handle and top clamp are 1018 steel with a black oxide coating. I upgraded the thumb screws and also changed to a stainless screw for the adjuster screw. Derby worx might have copied this design but there tool is a toy next to this thing. I am selling these for $85 + $5 shipping and I have 5 units in stock. When they are gone it will be a long time before i will get around to making more. If you ever thought about getting 1, don't wait!

I have the axel bending tool and it works great! You can use the adjustment screw to set the angle you want. Very sturdy and bends are repeatable. Definitely not a toy.

Now let talk about that beautiful work in the background. That set up block is really cool! Really nice for setting up cars, checking clearance and wheel contact to rail.

Let me know when you plan to make a few set up blocks. I'm good for one or two.

By the way, I loved my block. It made drilling the holes something I just didn't even have to worry about, until I decided I wanted to drill the dfw hole angled. DOH.

I got mine today as well, I think I bent every scout axle I own. I showed this tool to my wife who has watched me struggle to get the bend correct. She was pissed when she saw the bill but when she saw the construction of this she was totally cool. Very impressive.
