Balsa Fenders

I have been looking at some balsa wood to make some of my own fenders. While looking at different sizes, I was wondering what size of balsa wood do you use to make the fenders? I have had a hard time finding what appears the right size of dimensions. Thanks for your help!

I think the wood I got was 3/8" x 1" x 24". Measure your wheel, and base the size of the balsa on that.

Thanks for sharing! That would make sense, I was looking at 1/4 inch by 1 inch but that wasn't enough. I was guessing about 1/2 inch was correct. Now I just need to find a size similar to that. Appreciate your help!

I think Bulldog's video recommends 1/2" wide x 1-1/8" tall.
