Basx 1.18 vs. Cheetahs?

A question for the pros. I have a car with Cheetah wheels and 92 BSA axles running graphite. I want to enter the car in a fundraiser race for my son's scout district. The rules state that the wheels must measure 1.18". Apparently they use a wheel gauge at check-in to confirm this. I plan on switching to oil with new Basx wheels and 92X axles I ordered from DD4H. Any idea of what I can expect from a time change perspective? I assume the Basx wheels running oil will be slower than the Cheetahs with graphite. Just not sure how much slower.

Hard to say for sure. But I would guess that the BSAX on oil will be faster than the cheetahs on graphite. It all depends on your prep process. Either way the times should be close.
