I started using DD4H black ice kit last night after work...alls i can say is WOW! ...I've NEVER polished wheel bores for fear id do more harm than good...i dont know how much speed is in this process but the way it polishes the bores is downright jaw dropping...thanks again for another great product John.

I am sure you will find alot of speed in it. Did you check the bores under magnification to make sure there were no scratches (if using pipe cleaners) and inspect closely for lint/debris?

I watched John's video more than a few times it was really helpful.

I also realized how important it is to go slowly. My cordless burnt out and I polished a few wheels with a corded drill that did not go as slow as I would have like and it destroyed the bores. There were strips of plastic peels up inside. Great excuse to buy a new cordless drill.

I used a 40x loup...and rejected two wheels ....good thing i bought 5 sets at the scout shop and lathed them all to the same outside diameter....(i rejected 5 wheels in that process) so im down 7 wheels so far from the original 20
