Say you don't have a track to make the 5-10 runs that is suggested before the wheels are broken in, what would be the next best option?

Be careful using compressed air...I did that and spun them way to fast and had to start over. what i found to work best for us is using the buffer pad on the dremel tool, dont touch the wheel with it just get it close to the wheel and the air movement will spin the wheels quite nicely. hope that helps

That would definitely be over doing it. Set your regulator to about 25 psi, and you should be good. Use your common sense. If it looks like it's doing 200 mph, and there's vibration you're going way to fast. You just want them to spin at a slow to moderate speed.

If you don't have an air compressor, I found something way better than those cans of clean air for computers.

Datavac Electric Duster (actually blows warm filtered air where the cans can get cold enough to cause condensation where you don't want it)

Thanks. I thought we would be able to run on the track the night before but that isn't an option this year.

I thought thats what the wife bought the treadmill for
