The problem we face is the purchased cars running in AM. If we make them illegal then we have a judgement call. I want to keep the AM in BASX and DQ any purchased cars. Trust me when I say it is more fun to build your way up then to win in AM with a purchased car. I have no issue with people buying cars but I want to keep the pro cars in the pro division. That is our challenge. Look for clarification soon.
Easy solution. ON the first series race (or the first time a builder races in a Series), pick a time.
If he is faster than that time, immediately transfer him to Pro.
If his time is over the "bar" on his 1st race, but under on the subsequent races, then just "live with it", but he has to be PRO in subsequent series.
If this rule had been in effect for the ICE series, I would have been moved up, and I would have been OK with it. I only chose AM because of my poor performances in 2014.
