DFW Weight with No Cant in Rears

I've done some searching here and found recommendations of DFW weight around .4-.5 oz. Our rules do not allow cant (I know, I could have done 1 degree or so, but I didn't) so I have straight rear axles. Does this DFW weight still apply or should I target a slightly higher weight on DFW, like say .6-.7 oz?

What's the wheelbase (WB) i.e. the distance between the front and rear axles in inches?
DFW weight is inversely proportional to WB.

Wheelbase is almost fully extended - about 5 1/2 inches.

So I have 2 cars built with no cant in rears and 5 1/2" wheelbase - one has .5 oz on DFW and the other has .7 oz. Any guesses which is faster, everything else being equal, or as close to equal as possible?

Glad you understand that even building 2 cars to the exact spec they will not be equal. Like B said the one with less weight on the DOM with the same amount of steer will be faster.
