Finished assembling my newest entry for SS-AM. This build went easier than the first, but unfortunately, it's not really any faster!

The green car is ROOKIE MISTAKES from the Nationals and the blue car is ROOKIE MISTAKES, TOO!

Thanks! It was an extra plank for a car body. I'm trying to keep my stuff organised so I made a holder for the wheels and one for the axles. The one for the axles has a hole to set the DD4H oil bottle in. I made that after I knocked over the bottle while I was prepping a car! Didn't lose much oil but it could have been much worse!

No worries Bracket, the pink avatar is mine. I did make one change to my car but i don't think it will make it any faster. I like the new car!

A friend has assured me that it would take close to a divine intervention for this car to be sub 3 this time around.

I just hope one of them doesn't crash into another car. Seriously.

Perhaps John can give it a practice run on it's own first, or at least an outside lane.

We will welcome him QT ...... there is light weight heat here in the AM class. None of us have the heat to mess with you yet ! Tell him to take it easy on us !

YES, I bought a set of DD4H's fenders. I wasn't able to finish the body in time. Maybe at the next race!

I remember KC Racing! That was the guy that ran "Green Tip" at the Nationals. Good looking car! He had another entry at the first qualifier for the MOTM. He was top three there IIRC.

Oh no now I am feeling the pressure!! I did toss plum crazy after its performance two races ago. I am resurrecting Green Tip, that is the car that I raced at nationals and I am keeping my fingers crossed that the new car I am working on is completed, race worthy and faster then my other cars by this weekend. It's name is going to be Touch Gold. I will attempt to post a picture when I finish it. I will do my best to bring some heat or at least be lukewarm this weekend/images/boards/smilies/smile.gif
