One more thing... Street Rod races will all be a form of elimination to cure the massive effect they have on each other.

I am sure the lexan bodies will become a hit. They are cheaper and a good alternative. Yes that will be allowed. If you are questioning a car then please show me a pic and I will let you know for sure.

Does this mean that all those prototype kits, e.g. McLarens, Porsche 917s and other similar, etc. are legal in this class. If so I like it, but because of the aerodynamics, that will kill last year's DoorSlammers.
I didn't understand the convertible rule. The way it is written, seems like they would be allowed. I.e. the word convertible appears, but not to say forbidden, yet roof appears immediately thereafter.

I hope that all the time I have invested in the "Mystery Machine Van"(ScoobyDoo) will be allowed to race....
Yes convertables are allowed you just have to put the windshield on them including the "glass". We will now see how the sleek prototypes run versus the longer muscle cars. Will the 2 or 3" more of drop outweigh the aero advantage???
