Folks:

I purchased some rear fenders from DD4H for my Street stock car. I can use some suggestions for mounting and placement before shaping the body. My plan is to mount some old scout wheels on the car and try to match up the fender before gluing. Any suggestions on how close to the wheel I should mount the fender and which side is up on these darn fenders - one edge is scalloped, is this top or bottom. How much clearance should I have between the bottom of the wheel and bottom edge of the fender.

My final axles will be 93G and rage extreme wheels.

Thanks!!!!

Clamp you car to a solid surface so you can use both hands. Then wrap electrical tape about 3/32" thick around an old wheel. Mount the wheel and hold the fender opening against it. Now position front of fender on the side of the car and glue with ca and hold. Ive never seen johns fenders but the scallops might be for track clearance.
