1. Get an old wheel (let call it the Angled holder wheel) and set it on the table with the outside of the wheel pointing up.
2. Tilt the wheel at 3 degrees (or what ever degree your wheels are) and CA shims to it to keep the angle. But the hub must touch the surface.
3. cut the general shape of the fender
4. Get an old wheel and CA sandpaper to it and stick it in the drill
5. Press the sandpapered wheel against your fender till you get the perfect depth and contour.
6. attach two fenders to the Angled Holder Wheel with CA.
Trick: wrap your wheel with Wax paper, but on opposite sides there is a whole in the wax paper about 1/4 or smaller. I use a leather punch to punch a nice round whole.

Tip alert!!!: Leather Punch masking tape to make perfect round pieces of tape to cover axle holes.

7. Sand till your happy!
8. CA the whole fender, then sand, then CA again then sand.
9. snap fender off of wheel (this is where I learned I needed wax paper!! GRRRRRRRRRRR)
Note: when I attached the wheel I used another wheel wrapped with masking tape inserted into the body. I had enough wraps of tape to equal an index card clearance
10. Glue, I used the 20 sec CA to give me plenty of time
11. attaching to the body, I'm still trying to figure out the best way. (how to re-use and what not, I'm sure there is a few topics out there!)

Note: on sanding I have a drum sander I put in my drill press, but I wish I had a Belt sander!!! (next purchase!)

Still need to work on my Angled holder wheel - too flimsy, but this is what I've come up with for now. Its about 3 degrees.

ahhhhh just thought of filling it with epoxy and letting it dry while sitting at 3 degrees. You would have to wrap tape around it to keep it from over flowing but would be perfect!!!! ahhhh is this Adult ADHD?

I rough-in, shape and final sand while the fender is on the car in it's final location. Toss an old wheel on the car, sand and shape away.
