OK I got my order of red rocket last night and it was frozen has anybody had this happen? Will it still be OK to use?

Thaw it out without it opened. You don't want it getting any condensation in it. It should be fine.
Take a coffee cup and place about 1 inch of tap water that is just hot enough to shower in.. Let the tube set for about 3-5 minutes. Take it out then shake it. As long as you don't get water in the tube and as long as you don't get it too hot is should be fine. Warming it up a little at a time should hve nearly zero effect on the chemical composition.
