I know a lot have already posted but thought i would add to it. I attended the Cabin Fever Classic this weekend and met so many great people. A lot of us showed up Friday to the venue to help Brian get set up and was really cool to see so many people helping out to get the event running as smooth as possible. John(DD4H) was making sure everything was just perfect for the event. Brian and Tawnya had pretty much everything ready to go and just needed a few people to help get it all set for the event. So I just want to say thanks to everyone that was there and helped make this the best NPWDRL event thus far. John has made some great decisions with the league and it shows by the number of racers and cars we are getting at the races. No other league can match what we are doing right now. So thanks to all involved this weekend. Had a blast!

you are spot on Goat, the amount of help was staggering. Thanks !
i still think it was the waffle house magic that started it all.

I would just like to say to all the builders that sent in cars and attended live, I was blown away at the craftsmanship displayed at the race. Seeing the cars in person inspired me to step up my game for the rest of the season. I will chime in later with some pics and another awesome thread about everyone who attended!

Wow Brian I almost didn't reconize u in the avatar with out your shirt and hat on....GREAT RACE GUYS.....IT WAS A BLAST.

John, thanks for making this all come together. The live feed was great. Can't wait to see the pictures of the cars.

I really appreciate all of the people who made this event happen. It was a huge success. Especially, I would like to thank Brian and his wife for all that they did to promote and organize the event, as well as John for all he does and for being there live.

Also, I would like to thank Resphonic for the best Jambalaya that I have ever tasted, You Rock brother. It was extraordinarily kind of you to take time out from racing to cook the Jambalaya in the hotel parking lot. Not to mention bringing the kettle, propane burner, and a huge sack of meat, rice, and spice to make it all happen.

I had a great time and really enjoyed meeting so many people (too many to name) for the first time in person.

Fired Up's true flame paint jobs look absolutely incredible in person. Amazing dude... Keep it up.

Wyatt, Downslope, Resophonic, and Freaky did a great job of keeping the race moving.

Thanks everyone,
MWD

MWDracing,

Thanks for the complement on the Jambalaya, you are too kind. I really enjoyed breaking bread with the DNA Family, Freaky, Spirit and you. It was a great time. But you my friend have some serious skills. To finish Top 8 at the CFC is unbelievably good. Can't wait to race with you again. Also thanks for the goodies at the race, you are the man.
