They probably didn't tell you because they don't fully comprehend what happened. The mental thing was some PTSD. I hope they didn't give you meds for that. PM me, or call me if you want more info. I'm well versed in that. I'm glad your feeling better. /images/boards/smilies/thumb.gif

John, glad things checked out fine and it's good to hear that you're on the mend. Hope your boys are doing well also. Take it easy and get well.

Glad to hear that you are feeling better. You should still take it easy for a couple of days though.

John,

So glad to hear things are looking better. Take you time and give your body some time to heal. "First Thing First" my friend!!

John, I just heard about this. I am so glad you and your boys are alright. May the lord keep you safe. And big +1 to Cruzin for his big heart.

Just an update, the pain I was feeling yesterday really had me thinking bad things were coming. I went to the ER and they worked me over good and all internal organs are good to go. I just have some damage to my sternum and a rib. I truly feared I was in bad shape and something was broken inside. I was struggling mentally terribly. After they cleared me last night and got me some pain killers I slept hard. I woke up this morning with a new zest for life. I have no problem dealing with physical pain but this was my first experience going through a mental breakdown. Bottom line is DD4H is back and better than ever! God saved me and I will live from here out remember that gift. Thank you all for your support.

I once broke a rib without knowing it by coughing. Anti-inflammatories helped some, but I still had trouble breathing, coughing, and laughing.

I'd stop reading the board /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif. At least the funny posts.

God bless you and your family.
