How to Precisely Check Alignment

You don't. I know I may get shot for saying this, but as a last ditch effort to save a car, you might consider putting a very slight bend in one of the two rear axles. It may help with some tuning; it may make it worse. In the end, I would seriously consider building another car.

My thought also, but last thing I want to do is mess with bend axles, but yes as a last ditch effort a bent axle could be used. I plan on cutting weight pockets first, drilling and checking. If not good I will have to try another car body. I plan to to fenders so I will put those on after I have a good drill.
