PLEASE assign someone to take individual pictures of each of the cars, and post them later.

Use a still camera, not the camera you use for the live on line.

I know it's a lot of work, with 150 or so cars, but it will get a lot of views when it is posted, and will be greatly appreciated.

Opa,
I agree with you, but it does take a lot of time and someone that is dedicated to doing it. We do this for our Pack race (about 60-80 cars) and then we run a slide show of all the cars on the projector in between races....the Scouts all love it.

I use a really simple setup with a mini-tripod and a backdrop. This way, each picture is at the same angle and size. I would have brought it down with me to the race....if my plans would have allowed me to go (or better, if my car would have cooperated!), and I would have volunteered to do this task. With my setup, it takes about an hour to do 150 cars. The BIG consumption of time is matching the car builder/name with the photo.

I think this is a great idea that will be eventually implemented. My guess, though, is with such a large turnout, Brian will have his hands full just making sure everything is "just right" for the race coordination.

i will do it, but they wont be posted till Monday.......

It doesn't matter how much later it is posted. But it gives new guys, like I was last year, a chance to look at the winning cars more closely, and get ideas for their own future cars. Last year, I was getting ideas from car pictures posted several months earlier.

Also, some of the builders from that part of the country make some really beautiful cars. My grand kids spend hours looking at them.

Please take extraaaaaaaa good pictures of Kinser racing's cars! All angles especially the bottom and also how about a chemical analysis of wheel/axle prep!!!!!!!!!!
