I am off to Hawaii this week end. So I am just re-prepping the same cars I used at MOTM. But I am using a different bore polish, and it is making all my cars faster (on my track) than they were at MOTM.

I also had to prepare four cars for grandchildren for their January races.
No paint, and body was roughed out, but did the full bit on wheel and axle prep.
They go in the mail tomorrow.

So I am in for four cars. I am sending them in this Friday.
I will be back the day before the race, so I can watch it.

Another new guy here, I hope to be in with 1 SS, assuming I get 8 cars done by tomorrow for the pack weigh in!

I seem to have adopted another scout family and we each have 1 scout car and 3 family cars. My SS will run outlaw

Showed the scouts how their hard work pays off. Last week we spent an hour each polishing axles, they got a little bored. Last night we did the graphite and set up on the cars. Did a wheel spin test:

- sisters old car, no wheel prep 2 sec
-scout last years car 15 sec
-scout car with DD4H process and graphite 30 sec (kit nail and wheels)

You should have seen their eyes light up!!

I will be there with (2) unlimited s. Doing a little update work to "High Bred" and converted my "Phin-tastic" car over to unlimited. Looking forward to a great season with you guys and should be a real challenge for everyone this season. The best of the best are right here at the NPWDRL!

I just wanted to let you new guys know, that you don't have to race in all of the classes. Race what you can, send in some of your previously proven cars and see what they do. You can even send several cars of the same class. See you on the track! /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif
