I recall reading an article about how to label the cars so the starter knows where you want the car staged. I cannot find it again. Can anyone help, I need it for the July 18th race. Thanks, Rick

That's what I was looking for. But since I don't have a clue where to tell them to stage it, I'll let them do there thing. Thanks

Like I said, they do a really good job with staging. I think you'll be happy with what they do.

I agree. I wanted to learn how to stage so i did it for my car the last race. Again i thought I knew what I was doing but John could see my errors from 42' away. Thanks Derby Dad for helping me out in the staging process. Every time I staged my car I think Dennis already had it perfect. NPWDRL has a great team of guys! Johns sons were awesome young men, I really enjoyed meeting them, they were very professional at handling the cars back and forth about 1,000 times. Kinser had everything ready to be staged, John is a wizard with the software and the camera, the track was cleaned to perfection, the joints will not hurt your wheels, the start gate is a work of art. I'm defiantly proud to be racing with you guys!

Hey ! No sucking up to get your order sooner than us ! ! !

lol

Since you included me (and Bulldog) in your quotes, I'll chime in. I could get my order 6 months before you, Mojo, and it would make no difference! Now 7 months...............maybe!

Never know... I am going to try to send new cars out to beat my old ones... Hopefully, they will anyhow... they are still on the bench. LOL

That is my plan anyhow... Beat my old ones, send the new ones...

You do that now, and you got it !

Unless you mess with staging yourself, you'll never know what works best for your cars. I've run just about every staging choice there is on my cars and they all like something different. Joel does do an excellent job at staging though, so no worries there. Just saying the default staging may not be what your cars like.

yeahhhhh... ummmmmm... Joel won't be staging this weekend.

Better put how you want your car staged... just a D for Daylight or R for rail usually gets the point... if you want something off the wall, write it up.

Well, too late to worry now, car is in the mail. Since this is my first shot at this, I have a feeling that staging will not make or break me!!

Believe it or not you can gain or lose a significant amount of time on staging. But, there's other more important details to nail down before staging.

It really depends on if you know what your doing. If you don't, chances are good that you are going to get it staged to run faster by someone who does know what they're doing. Most if not all of my cars will easily run within a thousandth or so regardless of how they're staged. Unless of course they're staged with a rear wheel up against the rail which will not haappen unless its instructed.
