Last minute tuning, what to expect.

Right front is steering the car. Left front is NOT touching the track, typically. Right front is driving into the rail and touching the rail.

Yes I understand it now. My rules are 4 wheels touching. So cant in the back and 2 bent axles in front should work correct? Both fronts will be drilled straight in.

OK I understand the description now. But if my rules are all 4 wheels touching how can I use the rail runner technique?
You choose which side front wheel you want to do the steering. Then you run a front axle with a slight bend in it on that side. The opposite side front wheel will be raised slightly off the track.
The bend in the front axle will give you the adjustment you need to adjust how much steer you want.
Yes you can run a bent axle on the non steering side to raise your wheel.

My reading comprehension is not very good today. You need four wheels touching. Lol

I'll let somebody else answer that one for you since I have zero experience with four wheels touching.

Or can use the block to drill the rears and drill both fronts straight. The right side front wheel

Ok.that makes sense to me now. Thank you for your help. Last year I did it backwards but luckily it worked. Now I'm glad I understand it.

No your answer works for all wheels too I think. If both front axles are bent I can use one to steer and the other will be ever so slightly touching the track. That's why the bend makes sense too.
