MAY NPWDRL RACE INFO!!!

That was what I was worried about when I didn't get mine done before the pick up time on Saturday going into long weekend for Memorial Day. Tracking says mine made it yesterday so I think I am OK. I doubt John has time to wait for mail unless he has someone at home waiting for the mailman to run then over to the event for the later races. That would be going pretty above and beyond though.

Actually you would be amazed at what John will do for us...He actually went out of his way late at night to pick me up from the airport when I went for a race to Utah, and gave me a couch to sleep on at his place, and he didn't even know me at the time. NOW once again its John to the rescue! FEDX called and they have my box

See, That's what Kinser talking about in another thread. Loyalty and working together is what makes this thing work.

Thanks John once again for your outstanding effort!

Thank you John (and I don't even know you); but I know you sold me great parts to build a competive car and you take care of those involved in this hobby from a multitude of aspects.

This is GREAT news Chief and Iceman. Once again, another testament as to why this is the best league out there.

Hat's off to John.

the more i am around here, the more i feel this is all one big family, everyone here looks out for each other, very glad i found this site and met everyone here, hope to meet more in person

john is great, what he does for us all is above and beyond what is expected even if he is doing this for a living seems like he really cares for us all

Me to went down hill the wrong way. Way off course with this one. Going to start over all the way. Can not seem to get my hands around it. I think I am going back to the basics, starting with my drill jobs. Wish I lived closer to the guys.

Hell, I even bought a pre-drilled block, axles, and wheels. Aparantly pushing a nail in the hole is to big of a challenge.

so much that idea to resullivan. That is what I was sitting here thinking should I just buy the block drilled? I think I am missing more than just a drill job. Now the next race is on a long track. Might not even try that one. It want make it that far.

I may have the slowest car ever spawned from dd4h products. Cheetah 3 wheels with bumps removed, Gee fenders, 92 grooved axled, pre-drilled block, dd4h dvd, novus 2, jig-a-loo, washers, bore polishing kit with red rocket.

Guys, none of this is necessarily easy. Usually a lot of head knocking involved, watching, talking, studying, and then all of a sudden - walllah ! You get a competitive car. Very few people just walk into it fast. Most of the big guys now suffered early on. The best thing is to have a test track or a friend with one. If not, it takes longer. Build a bunch of cars. Move your parts if the current car is not fast. You are right to stay with the basics. Pay strong attention to detail and watch how your car runs. Parts are big, but so is prep. Verify at every stage, from the drill job to inspecting all the parts REAL close. Bes of luck. You will get there.

7th- Quit freaking complaining if you don't do as well as you think you should have!... You want to win? You better get some grit to you! You will have to work for it now....

How is saying that we are discouraged complaining? I have never come on here to complain about anything. Ugh!
