On one side, it would push the car into the rail requiring less steer, and push the other car off the rail causing instability, given the same side DFW. If it was to push air, (thought about doing this one) it would cause drag on both cars...
The counter would be to run opposite side DFW...

Maybe the back of his teflon washer has a magnet attached that repels so it keeps the front wheel and the other wheels off the car at all times and could potentially affect other cars if all things needed lined up just perfectly.
