Hi,
I am new to the forum and I have to say that all the cars I have seen here are awesome and I think it is great that you all share info to help each other out. I never knew there was a National League to race pinewood derby cars. My son and I have been racing pinewood derby cars now for three years in our churches Awana Grand Prix and this year my youngest daughter caught the pinewood derby bug too. The best part is that I am able to build my own car and race against them during practice nights. I still have a lot to learn but so far our fastest cars ran between 2.49's and 2.50's. I am not sure if the track was a 32' or 35' though. My son won second place for speed in his group and my daughter won third place for speed in her group this year. We really want to build a car to send in and race but that will be a little while down the road until I can get some money saved up. I am having a hard time getting the picture of the cars to show up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
