Perfect axle hole fit!

I hate trying to press axles into holes that are too tight so i found a great solution.

For my Dynasty line of axles I have a .091 and .092 and that takes all the work away. You probably could get by with a .0915.

i chipped my car trying to relieve the hole with the axle..what a pain in the azz this hobby is sometimes..cant find this at lowes anywhere called them the guy acted like i was crazy

Amazon is another option, especially if you are a Prime member. Their pricing sometimes bounces around. Right now there is a good deal on a 0.0905" reamer which I use as a first cut.

I have been using a .0915 reamer few several months now. Love it! Just put it in a pin vise and chase out the hole.

Did you use a #43 bit first or did you use a#44?

I have never chipped a car either. Sorry if I gave bad advice. We do have to be careful with these cars. /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif

plug and play from DD4H... i think he used #43 but i used 3/32 bit today by hand and its all good now
