Polishing Raised Wheel

What your thoughs on polishing the Raised Front Wheel (Outside Face if reversed or Inner Edge)?

Use the same process as the Hubs?

If you are building a railrunner don't do it... spend the time elsewhere.

If you have the time I would polish any area that could potentially be a contact area. Is it going to make it faster, most likely not but if you do get a wiggle and have a contact it would be better to have a nice and smooth.
