Started machining parts and making (2) new cars for the Man of the Mountain race. I teamed up with Boca Bearings for both these cars. I have used Boca bearings in the past and look forward to working with them on all my future cars. The white car will be using Boca's full ceramic (R133-TP Z/S) bearings. These bearings are lighter, smoother and less friction than the stainless bearings. I will be testing them and making comparisons. The Turquoise car will be using the Boca(FR0) bearings. These are the same size that all us bearing guys currently run. Both cars are Custom Goat Boy designed and laser cut by Lester racing. Both cars will be using the Goat Boy Unlimited wheels and riding on custom Goat Boy Unlimited axles. Weight is 1/4 cubes from DerbyDad4hire. Both cars will be finished this week and will be tested up at the Zeebzob Speedshop in a week or so. I made some changes to axle style, wheels and bodies to try and make some nice speed gains. I love this class and am totally excited to be racing with the best bearing racers in the world. To me, winning a bearing race anywhere else, means nothing. The fastest bearing cars on the planet are right here at the NPWDRL!!

Would like to thank Boca Bearings for their great products, DerbyDad4Hire for his commitment and service to this hobby, Lester Racing for his help on my bodies and Quadad and Zeeb for the friendship and constant drive to create the fastest bearing cars out! Thanks guys and see you all in Utah!

Love the blue with the orange wheels !! Really sharp ! Its going to be interesting to see how those ceramic bearings perform. Guess that's why they call this class "Unlimited" ! This class is really a lot of fun, and that's what it's all about. Its great to just see it all happen.

Very awesome! I so hope I can make it to the man of the mountain race, it's not looking good but I'm going to try! I hope they don't get too much faster we already can't catch you.

Looks Good Ian. That front end sure is narrow. Let me know how the bearings run I have always been curious about the ceramic bearings.
